February 20 & 21, 2010

This tournament is a great pre-season warm-up for the Academy teams preparing for the spring season.

Permission to Travel/Intent to Travel
If an out of state team is Region III, they need to provide 1 copy of an Intent to Travel letter; otherwise the out of state team needs to provide 1 copy of the Permission to Travel

Team registration will be on Friday, February 19th at the Northwest YMCA, 1700 Dennis Kemp Lane, Kennesaw GA 30152 from 1PM to 8PM.

    Forms needed for registration are as follows:

    • Release of liability (1 copy)
    • Official downloaded Game Cards with Jersey numbers (Print 5 copies)
    • Official State Roster and Soccer in College Roster
    • Medical release forms - for review only
    • Valid 2009-10 Player passes - for review only
    • If a player pass is not available, please present a copy of a birth certificate for proof of age (player has to be rostered on a state roster)
    • Permission to travel/intent to travel for out of state teams (1 copy)

    Forms will be available for download upon acceptance of each team.

    Weather updates will be put on the website during the tournament.

    Registration will reopen to accommodate teams from the tournaments which had to be canceled due to field conditions. Registration will remain open until midnight Monday February 15th.

    All Academy teams in U9/U10, U11 & U12 age groups are invited to play.
     
    Games will be played at Metro-Atlanta fields -
    at this time the planned venues are:

    Headquarters will be at the Northwest YMCA, 1700 Dennis Kemp Lane, Kennesaw, GA 30152    

    U9 & U10 plays 6 V 6
    U11 plays 8 V 8
    U12 plays 8 V 8 & 11 V 11

    All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games
     in the Preliminary round.

    Cost is $350 for U9/10 teams, $400 for U11 and U12 8v8 teams
    and $425 for U12 11 v11 teams (if enough applicants)
     
    Application deadline has been extended to

    Tournament fees must be paid on line and can be paid by Visa, Mastercard,
     Discover, American Express  or Check.

    Teams will not be accepted until payment has been received.  You will have the ability to access your account and pay anytime once you apply.
